Your AI Competitor Watch

AI Competitor Watch for Adelaide Small Businesses

Fetches your competitor's site and measures it — pages, tracking, speed, claims. Anything it cannot verify is reported as unchecked, never assumed.

A real conversation, not a phone menu. Judge it before you talk to us.

The short version

  • What it does: Know exactly what the business beating you is doing.
  • How it works: fetches, it does not guess → Unknowns are reported as unknown → get the gap, in order.
  • Who it's for: Anyone losing work to a competitor and guessing at why, or about to spend money copying something that may not be working for them either.

What is an AI Competitor Watch?

Competitor research is usually somebody's impression of a website they looked at once. This is a measurement: it fetches the pages and counts what is there — how many pages they publish, what tracking they run, what they claim, and where they are genuinely ahead of you.

How It Works

Three steps, and you own it at the end.

01 It fetches, it does not guess
Every finding is something observed in a page that was actually loaded. No estimates, no 'businesses like theirs typically'.
02 Unknowns are reported as unknown
'We could not check this' and 'this is not there' lead to opposite decisions, so they are never merged. That distinction is the whole reason to trust the output.
03 You get the gap, in order
What they have that you do not, ranked by what would actually change your position rather than by what is easiest to write down.

We use this ourselves

It caught us getting a fact wrong about our own prospect.

We had written 'no social media links on the site' into notes about a business we were about to pitch. The watch went and fetched the page: Instagram and TikTok were both there. The wrong note had already reached a quote. Now nothing goes into a brief that was not actually measured.

Who It Suits

Is this you?

Anyone losing work to a competitor and guessing at why, or about to spend money copying something that may not be working for them either.

AI Competitor Watch: your questions

01

Is this legal?

Yes. It reads public web pages the same way your browser does — nothing private, nothing behind a login, nothing hacked.

02

Will it tell me what they charge?

Only if they publish it. Plenty do not, and the report says so rather than inventing a figure.

03

What if I am the one ahead?

Then it says that, which is worth knowing too — it usually means the gap is in being found rather than in the work.

Tell us what is actually going wrong and we will say which of these would fix it — or that none of them would.
