Who we are

BizLift builds done-for-you AI and automation systems for small businesses in South Australia. You can contact us at hello@bizlift.com.au.

What we collect

If you submit the Growth Check form, we collect your business name and type, a description of your problem, and your phone number. If you become a client, we send you a private welcome questionnaire: your contact details and what you tell us about your business are used only to deliver the work you have engaged us for. If you use the Business Snapshot quiz, your answers are used only in your browser to show you an instant estimate — they are not stored or sent anywhere unless you go on to submit the Growth Check form yourself.

If you use the Look me up tool, we send the business name, suburb and optional trade you typed to the providers named below so they can fetch that business's public Google listing. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email to do this. The result is stored for up to 30 days so that looking up the same business again does not trigger another search, and we keep a count of how many lookups have come from your internet connection that day so the free tool cannot be abused. That count is not linked to you or used for anything else.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your business, and provide the free Growth Check you requested.

How we use and store it

We never spam or sell your details. Information is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed work.

Third parties

We do not share your enquiry details — your name, phone number or what you told us about your business — with any third party.

The Look me up tool is the one exception, and only for what you type into it. To look a business up on Google we pass the business name, suburb and optional trade to:

• n8n — runs the lookup workflow that calls the search provider.
• SerpAPI — fetches the public Google Business Profile and local search results.

Nothing you have entered anywhere else on this site is sent to them.

Separately from that, this website loads measurement tools run by the companies below. They receive technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, the pages you viewed and your browser, and they may set cookies. They do not receive anything you type into our enquiry form.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads actually lead to enquiries, and to count phone calls started from this website.
• Google Tag Manager — to load the measurement tools listed here without changing the website's code each time, and to record which pages and buttons are used.

If we begin using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool or booking system to manage enquiries, this policy will be updated to name it before that change takes effect.

Cookies and analytics

Yes — this website uses cookies and measurement tools, listed by name in the section above. They are used to understand how the site is performing and whether our advertising works. They are not used to build a profile of you for anyone else, and we do not sell any of it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can opt out of this kind of ad measurement through your Facebook and Google account settings. The website will keep working normally either way.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@bizlift.com.au.

We may update this policy as the website and our services change. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest update.
