What we connect to

We work with what you already run.

The quietest objection in every first conversation is will this work with what I already use, or do I have to change everything? Almost always: it works with what you have.

Most small businesses do not have a software problem. They have six pieces of software that do not talk to each other — the job book, the accounting package, the website, the phone, the ad accounts — and a person in the middle retyping between them.

That person is usually the owner, and it usually happens at night. The fix is rarely a new system. It is connecting the ones already being paid for, so the job that gets booked appears in the calendar, on the invoice and in the follow-up without anyone carrying it across.

We do not sell any of the software below. We have no reseller deal with any of them and no reason to push one over another. If what you already run is fine, the honest answer is to keep it and connect it — and that is usually the answer.

The list

39 of the tools we connect to most.

Grouped the way an owner thinks about them, not the way a developer would. If yours is not here it is worth asking — most modern business software can be connected, and the ones that cannot usually have a workaround.

Job and practice management

Where the work actually lives. We read jobs, quotes and appointments out of it, and write new ones back in, so nobody retypes anything.

What “connected” actually means

It is a word that gets used loosely, so here is the plain version. A connection is a piece of automation that watches one system and acts in another: a booking taken on the phone lands in the job book; an invoice raised in the job book goes to the accounting package; a quote that has sat untouched for four days triggers a follow-up text.

Each one is built for your business, tested with you before it goes near a customer, and monitored afterwards — because the failure that costs money is not the one that breaks loudly, it is the one that stops quietly and nobody notices for a fortnight. How we work covers that in full.

Do not see yours? Ask. This list is the software we reach for most often, not a limit — and if we genuinely cannot connect something, we will say so rather than quote around it.
