Where these percentages come from
They are deliberately low. 25% of missed calls booked when the phone is answered properly, 15% when they only get a text back, 12% of quotes closed that would otherwise have gone quiet. Real results vary either way and nobody can tell you yours before looking at your business.
They are set low on purpose, because a number you can disprove with a pen is worth less than no number at all. If you think a figure is wrong, change it — that is what the boxes are for, and the working is printed under every line so you can check the arithmetic rather than trust it.
