Recovero: the store we built, and the social that sells from it.

An Australian wellness brand selling muscle-recovery gear across the country. We built their online store, we run their social media, and AI automation is under way. They are not in Adelaide, and for this kind of work it does not matter — the job is knowing the products cold and posting like someone who does.

The Situation

A small range, sold nationally, competing on trust.

Recovero sell four products — vibrating massage rollers, a massage ball and a portable ice bath — direct to customers across Australia. A brand that size lives or dies on whether the buying public believes it is a real business with real products, which makes accuracy the whole game. A post that quotes the wrong price, promises a guarantee that does not exist, or shows a product that is not on the site does more damage than posting nothing at all.

We built the store they sell from. What they needed after that was the part nobody in a four-person business has time for: showing up consistently, in a way that sounds like the brand and gets the details right. The automation work — the repeat jobs behind the shop, handled without somebody remembering to do them — is being built now.

How we work on it

Every post is written from their live site, not from memory.

Our system reads recovero.com.au directly — the product pages, the prices, the shipping threshold, the returns policy — and the writing works from that. When a post mentions the RECOVERO ROLL 2.0, the price it quotes is the price on the page that sells it, and the link goes to that product rather than the homepage.

The RECOVERO ROLL 2.0 product page on recovero.com.au, showing the full product name, the description and the price.
The page a post links to. The price in the caption is read from here, not from a note somebody took a fortnight ago.

That is a deliberate standard rather than a nice touch. Working from a stale note is exactly how a brand ends up advertising a guarantee it does not offer — and the business, not the agency, is the one that has to honour it.

  • Their real catalogue, checked against the live site. Four products, current prices, and the actual shipping and returns terms.
  • Their own photography. Product shots from the brand, tagged so a post about the massage ball shows the massage ball — not an AI picture of a product that does not exist.
  • Written per channel. Facebook and Instagram get different words for the same idea, because they are read in different places by different people.
  • Nine posts published so far, across both accounts.

What we cannot show you yet

There are no results numbers on this page, because there are none worth quoting.

This work is recent. Nine posts is a start, not a body of evidence, and anyone claiming a revenue lift from that is guessing or inventing. When there is a figure that can be traced back to something real, it will go on this page — and you will be able to check it, the same as everything else here.

Judge this one on the standard of the work rather than a number: whether the posts sound like a real brand, and whether the details in them are right.
