Your Admin, Wired Together

Your Admin, Wired Together for Adelaide Small Businesses

Quotes, follow-up, invoicing and handover, wired together. Nothing waits on somebody remembering to do it.

A real conversation, not a phone menu. Judge it before you talk to us.

The short version

  • What it does: Less admin, faster follow-up.
  • How it works: follow one job end to end → The steps trigger each other → can see where everything is.
  • Who it's for: Businesses where jobs stall between steps rather than at them, and where the honest answer to “where is that up to?” is usually “I would have to check”.

What is admin automation?

An office admin joins up the parts of a job that would otherwise wait on somebody remembering — the enquiry that needs logging, the quote that needs sending, the follow-up due Thursday, the handover that needs writing up. Automating it means those steps fire off each other instead of off your memory.

How It Works

Three steps, and you own it at the end.

01 We follow one job end to end
From first enquiry to money in, we map where it actually waits. The delays are rarely where people expect them to be.
02 The steps trigger each other
Work marked done raises the invoice. A quote sent starts the follow-up clock. Nothing sits in a gap waiting for somebody to notice it.
03 You can see where everything is
One place showing what is waiting on you, what is waiting on the customer, and what has gone quiet for too long.

Being straight with you

Buy this last, not first.

Joining up a process only pays once there is enough work moving through it to be worth joining up. If you are quiet at the moment, a receptionist that answers the phone will do more for you than tidier admin, and we will say so on the call.

Who It Suits

Is this you?

Businesses where jobs stall between steps rather than at them, and where the honest answer to “where is that up to?” is usually “I would have to check”.

Your Admin, Wired Together — your questions

01

Is this a CRM?

No. It joins up what you already do rather than asking you to move into a new system and re-enter everything. If you already have a CRM, this works with it.

02

What if my process is messy?

Most are, and that is usually the point. We map what actually happens rather than what is supposed to, then automate the parts that are consistent.

03

Will my team need training?

Very little. The aim is that the work happens without anybody having to remember a new step, and we walk you through it in plain English before handover.

Not sure this is the one you need?

Tell us what is actually going wrong and we will say which of these would fix it — or that none of them would.
