AI Chatbots & Website Chat · For Health & Dental

AI Chatbots for Adelaide Clinics and Dental Practices

Nearly every enquiry stalls on one of four questions. A chatbot answers them at 10pm, in your words, and books the person in while they're still interested.

What It Does

What this looks like for health & dental.

Answers your four questions, in your words

New patient availability, health funds you're set up with, what a first appointment costs, and typical wait times. Written from what you actually tell us, so it never quotes a fee you don't charge or a fund you don't take.

It won't give clinical advice, on purpose

Ask it whether your symptom is serious and it will say it can't answer that and offer to get you to the practice. That's a deliberate boundary — a chatbot guessing at a health question is a risk no clinic should carry, and we test that behaviour before launch.

Turns the conversation into a booking request

Once the four questions are answered, it captures name, number, the treatment they're after and their availability, and gets it to the desk. Your team rings someone already qualified instead of starting from scratch.

Tells you what people keep asking

You get to read the actual questions. Most clinics find two or three they had no idea people cared about — which is usually worth more than the bookings, because it tells you what to put on the website.

FAQ

01 Could it say something clinically wrong?

It's built to refuse clinical questions and hand over to your practice instead, and we test it with the awkward ones before it goes live. A chatbot that confidently answers a health question it shouldn't is worse than no chatbot, and we treat that as the thing to get right.

02 Can it see our appointment book?

By default no — it captures a booking request and your desk confirms it, which keeps your book under your control. If you'd rather it read real availability, tell us what practice software you run and we'll tell you honestly whether that's possible.

03 Do patients realise it isn't a person?

Yes, and deliberately so. It's introduced as an automated assistant with a route to a human at every step. Pretending otherwise damages trust with exactly the patients you most want.

04 We already publish our fees on the website. Does this add anything?

Usually yes, because a fee page answers one question and people arrive with several at once, in their own order, and give up at the first one that isn't answered. A conversation handles them in whatever order they're asked, and it can say the thing a page cannot: whether that fee applies to their situation.

05 Will it handle health fund questions correctly?

It will say which funds you're set up with and whether patients can claim on the spot, because that comes from what you tell us. It will not estimate an individual rebate, because that depends on their level of cover — we would rather it say so than invent a number a patient then holds you to.
