AI Chatbots & Website Chat · For Restaurants

AI Chatbots for Adelaide Restaurants and Cafés

The messages arrive exactly when you're slammed. Table for six on Saturday, is there anything gluten free, do you do functions — answered without pulling anyone off the floor.

What It Does

What this looks like for restaurants.

Answers the six questions you're sick of

Tables and rough availability, dietary options, group sizes, parking, opening hours including public holidays, and whether you take walk-ins. Straight away, at 7:30pm on a Friday, without anyone leaving the floor.

Dietary answers that match your actual menu

Built from your real menu, not guesses. It says what genuinely is gluten free or vegan and, just as importantly, says when it isn't sure and offers to check — because getting this wrong in hospitality is a health issue, not a marketing one.

Catches function enquiries before they cool

A twelve-person booking or a private function is worth far more than a couple, and it's the one most likely to be lost to a slow reply. Those get captured properly — date, numbers, occasion, contact — and flagged so you deal with them first.

Handles the after-close rush

A lot of booking enquiries land after you shut. They get a real answer at 11pm instead of waiting until someone opens the inbox at 10 the next morning, by which point the weekend is decided.

100% South Australian · No lock-in contracts

What it costs, and who owns it.

AI Chatbots & Website Chat starts at $1,500 as a one-off setup. For most venues that's one recovered function booking.

Everything we build is yours from day one — the system, the settings and the data. Any ongoing support is month-to-month.

FAQ

01 Can it actually take the booking?

It captures the request — date, time, number of people, name and phone — and gets it to you to confirm. If you use a booking system you'd like it to work with, tell us which one and we'll tell you straight whether it can connect.

02 What if it gets a dietary question wrong?

It's built from your real menu and to say "I'll check with the kitchen" rather than guess. We deliberately test it on the hard ones — coeliac, nut allergies, whether the fryer is shared — because a confident wrong answer there is a serious problem, not an awkward one.

03 Does it work on our Facebook and Instagram messages?

This one sits on your website. A lot of hospitality enquiries do come through social, so if that's where most of yours land, say so during the Growth Check and we'll tell you what's actually possible on each platform rather than promising all of them.

04 Will it know about specials that change every week?

It can, but only if updating it is easy enough that it actually happens. We set it up so a special is a short line you change yourself, not a job you book us for. A chatbot confidently describing last month's specials is worse than one that tells people to check the board.

05 What happens when someone just wants to complain?

It doesn't argue and it doesn't try to resolve it. It takes the detail, apologises plainly, and gets it to a manager quickly, flagged as a complaint rather than buried among booking enquiries. Someone unhappy enough to type it out is often still winnable, but only if a person reads it that day.
