Missed Call & SMS Automation · For Tradies

Missed Call Automation for Adelaide Tradies

Your hands are full, you're up a ladder, or the drill is going. The call rings out and they ring the next bloke. This texts them back before they get that far.

It answers in a real conversation, works out what you need, and takes a message or puts you through. That's the same thing we'd build for your business — judge it before you talk to us.

What It Does

What this looks like for tradies.

The text goes out while you're still under the sink

Within seconds of the call ringing out: your business name, that you're on a job, and a question they can answer with one thumb. Most people reply to that instead of ringing the next name — they've got what they needed, which is to know you exist and you'll call back.

You come back to a job, not a number

Instead of "missed call, 9:40am, mobile", you get "hot water service, no hot water since last night, Prospect". You can price it in your head on the drive and ring back knowing what you're walking into.

After hours, without you answering after hours

The 6pm and Saturday calls get a different message — one that says when you're back and asks if it's urgent. You don't lose the lead and you don't spend your evening on the phone.

Works with the number already on your van

No new number, no app to remember, no change to how you take calls. The signage, the cards and the Google listing all stay exactly as they are.

100% South Australian · No lock-in contracts

What it costs, and who owns it.

Missed Call & SMS Automation starts at $800 as a one-off setup, and it's yours — no lock-in. One recovered hot water service or switchboard job tends to cover it.

Everything we build is yours from day one — the system, the settings and the data. Any ongoing support is month-to-month.

FAQ

01 I'm on the tools all day — is there anything I have to do?

No. Once it's set up it runs on its own. You'll get the replies as normal texts on the phone you already carry, so there's nothing new to check and nothing to remember.

02 What if I'm just screening a call I don't want?

You'll get a polite text going out to them, which is usually better than silence anyway. If there are numbers you never want it to reply to, we can exclude them when we set it up.

03 Does this replace an answering service?

It's cheaper and simpler than one, and it's instant. If you want an actual conversation — someone who works out what the job is and books it in — that's the AI voice receptionist instead, and you can ring 0468 097 000 and hear ours answer right now.

04 How fast does the text actually go out?

Within seconds of the call ending, not minutes. That matters more than it sounds: someone working down a list of five trades is ringing the next name inside a minute, so a reply that arrives five minutes later arrives after they have already spoken to somebody else. The whole point is to reach them while yours is still the business they were thinking about.

05 What if two of us share the phone?

That is normal on a small crew and it changes nothing. The system watches the business number, not a person, so it does not matter who was meant to pick up. If you run separate numbers for separate blokes we can set it up on each one, and the replies land wherever you want them.
