Google Reviews, Answered
Google Reviews, Answered for Adelaide Small Businesses
Drafts a reply grounded in what the reviewer actually said. You approve it, then it posts — so nothing sits unanswered for a fortnight.
A real conversation, not a phone menu. Judge it before you talk to us.
The short version
- What it does: Every Google review gets a real reply.
- How it works: The review comes in → A grounded reply is drafted → approve, then it posts.
- Who it's for: Any business whose reviews sit unanswered for weeks, and anybody who has ever written an angry reply at eleven at night and regretted it by morning.
What is review management?
A review manager makes sure every Google review gets answered properly — the good ones thanked specifically rather than generically, the bad ones answered calmly, in public, without arguing. Replying matters more than most owners expect, because the reply is read by everybody deciding whether to call you, not only by the person who wrote the review.
How It Works
Three steps, and you own it at the end.
You paste it in, or we pull it from your listing, depending on how your Google Business Profile is set up.
Written from what the reviewer actually said and what your business actually does — not a template with a name dropped into it.
Nothing appears on your public listing without you reading it first. Google restricts automatic replies, so the last step is deliberately assisted rather than automatic.
We use this ourselves
Thirteen replies drafted so far.
It runs against real Google listings, and the last step is deliberately manual because Google restricts programmatic replies. We would rather say that than claim an automation that does not exist.
Who It Suits
Is this you?
Any business whose reviews sit unanswered for weeks, and anybody who has ever written an angry reply at eleven at night and regretted it by morning.
Google Reviews, Answered — your questions
01
Can it reply to bad reviews too?
Yes, and that is where it earns its keep. A calm, specific reply to a one-star review reassures far more people than the review itself worries. You approve the wording before it appears.
02
Will people know it was written by AI?
It is written from your business's real details in your tone, and you approve it. What people notice is that somebody bothered to reply properly.
03
Why is the last step not automatic?
Google restricts programmatic review replies. Anybody claiming to post them fully automatically is either using an approval step like this one, or is not doing what they say.
What else the team can do
Every one of these is set up, tested and handed over running.
